Unique "Little Italy" Apartment

Drive into the attached garage where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. You are welcome to play Croquet, use the hammock, pick flowers in the garden, or use any of the yard furniture to just relax. I have updated the apartment with a private deck that over looks the backyards of the south side. You are free to use any part of the yard for whatever purpose. I do ask that you respect my privacy by leaving the cement patio to me. But you may use the Weber on it. Just ask and I will be more than happy to set up an area for you to use. I will more than happy to help you get to wherever you are going. Just ask and I'll see if I can help you. This area of town has been called "Little Italy' for decades. My neighbors have told me that boot legging went on in this area during Prohibition. The police would drive into the area looking for bootleggers and the bootleggers would escape by using the alleys that were here.
