Economical room at Kentlands area

The room is a study room within a 4 bedroom house. This is a study room with one single bed in it but no closet. You will share shower room with another lady but have one 1/2 bath for yourself. The house has 3 1/2 baths. The house is 5 mins to Kentlands, NIST, MedImmune, Shady Grove Adventist hospital. Right off 119 Seneca Hwy onto 270. A county park is 1 block away. Great Seneca park has canoeing, trail, and fishing. For guest who stays over one week, personal items such as toilet paper, paper towel, soap, shampoo....personal toilette will not be provided. Guest will have access to all public areas such as kitchen, dinning room, sitting rooms, exercise room, laundry, but not other guests' rooms. Can communicate with me from 8am to 7pm. It is a safe residential area. Has a regional park about one block away and good for walking. The property is about 15 minutes to 270, 10 drive to NIST, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, JW Rockville campus. house rules: *clean up after usage of the public areas *no disturbing noise after 10pm and before 8am *house temperatures are set at 74 degrees in the summer and 70 degrees in the winter. No window should be opened. Otherwise a surcharge of $10 per day will apply. *check in time after 2pm and check out time before 12pm.
