**WE HAVE A CAT** Our home is located in a safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and wave as they drive by. Upstairs room: Full bed, 2 nightstands, full-size dresser, closet, & laundry basket. Kitchen, living room, laundry room, back deck, pool (weather permitting) & additional half bath all available. We're not the 'Ritz" but our home is clean and comfortable. Please note we live in the home so the space is a shared space. **WE HAVE A CAT** You’ll have full access to the kitchen, full bathroom, family room, and dining room. You will also have access to our 15' above ground pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day), deck, charcoal grill and back yard with flower gardens. Our home is perfect for couples, single travelers, and business travelers. Kick your shoes off, stay awhile and tell us about yourself. Enjoy a video game in your room or challenge the master of the house to some of the latest games on the current systems. Guest will have access to a private bedroom Shared Bathroom Shared Kitchen Shared Living and Dining area Limited access to the down stairs rec room/man cave We will make every effort to personally greet you when you arrive. If we are unavailable, guest will be provided with a code to enter the space. We truly respect your privacy, and our intention is for you to feel comfortable and right at home. If you chose more privacy, we will be available to answer your questions via phone or text if we are not on site. Our place is located near great restaurants, shopping, 2 movie theaters,libraries, and parks with bike and walking trails, canoeing, horseback riding, (the list goes on). We are within 10 -20 minute drive of Milford, Kensington Metro Park, Alpine Valley Ski Hill, White Lake, Oakland County International Airport, Wolverine Lake, Walled Lake, Wixom, Novi, 12 Oaks Mall. We are 35 miles from Detroit Metro and an hour drive from Frakenmuth and Birch Run Outlet Mall. We are also 2 minutes away from Huron Valley Hospital and CVS Pharmacy.
