The special retreat with a breathtaking view - the start and finish of forays through the tranquil landscape of the Seetal. MS Rigi was used as a course ship on Lake Lucerne for 62 years. Today its wheelhouse sits high above Lake Baldegger and invites you to an extraordinary vacation. The cozy interior offers space for a 140 bed. Shower, toilet, kitchen and dining area / lounge for sole use are in the house next door (separate entrance). During the cold season, there is a bedroom in the house - which is connected to the bathroom / kitchen / dining area. From the associated seat you can enjoy the unique view over the lake and mountains. An attractive network of hiking and biking trails awaits you in the area. There is also a charming natural swimming pool nearby. A tandem is available free of charge. Shops and train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Half-hourly train connections to Lucerne and Lenzburg (- Zurich).
