The Bear's Den is a recently refurbished flint and stone cottage perfectly positioned in the stunning South Downs national park. A large open-plan kitchen provides a great setting for sunday roasts, while the cosy snug is ideal for curling up in front of the wood-burning stove after a long walk over the downs. The third bedroom has a full single sized bunk bed, as well as another full single bed. The fourth bedroom has a full single sized bunk bed. The family bathroom has a spacious L-shaped bath/shower. Outside there is a large garden, as well as patio that is accessed directly from the kitchen, which is perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. There is space for 3 cars, as well as a fourth on the lane outside.
