New house near Munich, airport+trade fair center

We rent out our beautiful house to nice and considerate guests, who should feel at home with us and who appreciate the high-quality equipment just as much as we do. For stays longer than 10 days, please send us a request, we can often do that! The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes. The newly built house with large terrace + garden is near Eching. It is modern and high-quality furnished, among other things with a large kitchen, beamer, fitness possibility, etc.. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, living room and a small toilet. There is the third bedroom and the gym in the basement. When renting to 7 or 8 guests, a third bathroom is provided in the cellar! I leave you the freedom to explore the wonderful surroundings in and around Munich. If you have any questions, Hanna and I are always available for you. In the countryside, right next to a small forest, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in particular. Nevertheless one is fast in Munich, with the motorways A9, A92 and A99 as well as with the airport. The carport is available free of charge right outside the front door. The S-Bahn in the direction of Munich city centre or the airport can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car. You can also reach the airport or Munich in about 20 minutes by car. You are also quickly on the A99 and thus on your way to the Munich Trade Fair Centre. If you take a taxi from the S-Bahn, you pay approx. 15 Euro, if you take a taxi from the northern city centre (Schwabing), you pay approx. 45 Euro. Important: - Seven or eight people please only on request! - Guests without reviews we ask for more specific information about their origin, reason for stay, etc..
