Lillie's offers simple comfortable accommodation. When I first walked in I was immediately excited and wanted to stay. You'll love the full kitchen and small bathroom. Despite being only 30 meters square there's plenty of living space for two and you'll have an outside area with seating and barbecue. Apart from looking great, its biggest draw is the location. No Go By is too small to be called a hamlet, it's off the beaten track, yet you can walk to the cliffs in minutes. The centre of bustling little St Just with its pubs and cafes is a ten-minute walk, and the Queen's Arms in Botallack is even closer. The wild moors of Carnyorth Common are just behind the cabin. LIVING One room living is surprisingly sociable and compelling. You can chat while you cook, share plans and stories while one of you lounges in the bath, or both crash out on the sofa. The full-sized kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of dining space at the table, or the breakfast bar, and the sofa is big enough to sit apart on, or snuggle up. SLEEPING The bed deck has a full king-sized bed, and a great mattress that you'll love after a day in the fresh air of the far west. BATHING The small but ample bath is a comfortable place to soak away the aches of a day on the beach or walking the cliffs. OUTSIDE Lillie's Lookout has been built in the corner of the owner's vast garden, they've even fenced it off so that you have your own private garden to sit out in, barbecue, or to just enjoy the far-reaching views. As I sit here in the garden writing today, I can see the Scilly Isles 30 miles away and Poldark's Wheal Leisure (actually Wheal Owles) down the road. And even better - no one can see me! USEFUL TO KNOW... PARKING: There's plenty of room to park. WI-FI: There is free unlimited Wi-Fi. HEATING: There is an independent portable oil filled heater to keep you warm and toasty throughout the cooler months. PETS: Far West Cornwall is doggie heaven! There’s plenty of beaches and coast paths for exploring. One well-behaved dog is welcome at £35 per week/short break. Please make sure they stay out of bedrooms and off the furniture and that you rub down muddy/sandy feet before they come in. LINEN AND TOWELS: Towels and bedding will be supplied for you, just remember to bring your beach towels. ACCESSIBILITY: The access to the entrance is across the garden and a gravelled area with a small step through the entrance door. Once inside it’s all on the ground floor. If in doubt or if you have any questions do get in touch before booking. This property is not wheelchair friendly and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. If this applies, please contact our booking office to discuss the properties potential suitability prior to confirming. CHANGEOVER & SHORT BREAKS: Changeover is usually Saturday. Short breaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights with flexible changeover days. Do check with us if your dates don't quite fit as we will always try to help. Lillie's is completely detached within its own little enclosed garden. I look after the listing for the lovely owners John and Di and If you are wanting peace and quiet and to get away Lillie's Lookout is the perfect escape. During your stay, if you need anything just knock for John and Di who live in the neighbouring cottage to Lillie's and will always help. I only live in St Just so if John and Di aren't around and you need anything I will be available even if its just a tip for a good beach or pub! All the best. Seb This really is a place of raw beauty. Your right on the edge of the Atlantic with incredible walks and scenery all around. The UNESCO world heritage mining town of St Just is 10 mins away. Its a pretty market town with several pubs, local gift shops and galleries. There are two great butchers, a deli and two cafes. There is also a small supermarket.
