This bedroom is a basic bedroom with a very comfortable double futon bed. It has a TV with cable & streaming box, table & chairs. Has a private bathroom (not ensuite) located down stairs. And a kitchenette area available for preparing meals. Guests also have access to a common room with a hot tub, pool table, complimentary movies, board games & books. **Please note: due to the coronavirus pandemic and out of concern for the health and safety of all of our guests, the common room with hot tub will be unavailable for use until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.** There is also a designated kitchenette area available for Guests staying in this room. There is a microwave, fridge, hot plate, coffeemaker & kettle, dishes & cutlery provided. We live onsite in private living quarters in case anything needs attending to.
