Es Carritxo

This typical country house is located in the Es Carritxo valley, a beautiful area in the southeast of Mallorca, on a plot of 25000 sqm. The house for 6 people has a living space of 204 sqm. Division: Ground floor: On the ground floor of the finca you can reach the living-dining area via the spacious entrance hall on the right, with a sofa corner and dining area and access to a terrace. The adjacent kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. It has access to another rear terrace with seating and a view of the beautiful garden. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. Upper floor: Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both share a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a pool table in the anteroom. Outside: The surrounding garden is well maintained, there are several nice seats. The surrounding area invites to wonderful walks, z. B. to Castell de Santueri, which is only a few km away. There is a small bar in the nearby village of Es Carritxo, but no shops. Arrival and minimum stay: Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival in coordination with the owner. The minimum rental period is 7 nights. Security deposit and additional costs: No deposit is required. Small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed, an extra cleaning fee of € 70 is charged and a deposit of € 100 is deposited with the owner on site. For larger dogs, please contact the Finca Mallorca office before booking. Plus tourist tax (more information about tourist tax), payable on site. Extras: Electrical mosquito protection, fans, firewood, hairdryer (2 x), espresso pot, coffee capsule machine, kettle, basic equipment with salt, pepper, sugar and detergent.
