This holiday home is located on a plot with two very nice holiday homes, each with separate garden areas and a private barbecue area. A high garden hedge offers both houses a lot of privacy. Both houses are lovingly furnished with great taste and equipped with central heating. Casa Rosinha maior has a large covered terrace (17.5 m²) with comfortable sitting area, dining table, chairs and barbecue area. The total living area is 147.50 m². Domestic equipments: on the ground floor: - Living room (56 m²) with satellite TV, cozy sitting area, fireplace, large dining table - Reading room / library (13 m²) - Kitchen (17.50 m²) with gas stove, fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine - guest toilet (2 m²) - hallway (10 m²) on the first floor: - Double room (12.25 m²) with double bed (135 x 193 cm) - Double room (16 m²) with two single beds (each 110 x 205 cm) - Double room (8,75 m²) Double bed (128 x 183 cm) - bathroom with tub & shower (5 m²) - hallway (7 m²) Surroundings: In 10-15 minutes you can walk to a beautiful river and a small idyllic lake, where you can swim in absolutely clean water or just enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Distances: to the cafe: 1 km to the restaurant: 3 km to the beach: 3 km to the supermarket: 3 km Remarks: The prices are calculated as the total price for up to 4 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Any heating costs incurred will be charged according to consumption. For the 5th and 6th Person will be charged a supplement of 15 € per person per day. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or more. The arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
