Nightly Cabin Rental (separate from Weddings & Events) The VRBO posted rates are for the nightly rental of the Cabin. The main cabin sleeps 6 in 2 Queens and 1 King bed (essentially 3 couples... if you are wondering) however with 7+ guests the booking automatically includes our Bunkhouse. It has two queens... one on main floor and a mini-queen in the loft. (more details are below). Weddings, Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed or included in the nightly rental of the Cabin nor are parties, gatherings, etc, over the allowable and stated count of guests. Please contact us for wedding use fees and contract information (some details are found below). To safeguard this, we have a view of our parking and arbor areas via camera. Thank you. Our high-altitude Really Blessed Cabin and Venue (sitting at 10,200 feet) is a log cabin and venue offering spectacular panoramic views of Pikes Peak and it's southern ridges in Colorado's high country above the picturesque Gillette Valley. From outdoor settings overlooking the majestic Pikes' Peak, to the log cabin that reflects the essence of the Rocky Mountains, Really Blessed Venue helps create a truly "take your breath away" wedding experience. This spectacular view is enjoyed from the interior front wall of vaulted windows, as well as, from the wrap around deck. The setting is dramatic. Our New Accessory Bunkhouse -Sleeping Quarters - Artist Studio may be added to a reservation at $100 additional per night however it is automatically included with over 7 guest staying. The Bunkhouse will sleep an additional 4 guests in two queen beds. The restrooms in the cabin will need to be shared but we have a water dispenser for coffee, etc. It also has has a fold-down dining table, TV with Blu-Ray player, a loft and a wood-stove styled heater. It is ideal for a glamping experience, over-flow sleeping, Artist Studio, etc. We do not allow children under 16 to stay solo or pets in the Bunkhouse due to it being new. For more guests, we also offer our RV or Camper pad with 30 Amp service at $50 per night. There is a drop station available as part of this fee. LOG CABIN The interior log cabin, appointed with vaulted, tongue and groove beamed ceiling is an ideal place where your family and guests can come together to celebrate your special day. Accommodations are for up to 6 guests in the main cabin with a king bedroom and two other queen bedrooms. A new groom's bunkhouse, sleeping another 4 guests is available. Other log cabin amenities are wood and slate floors, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, luxurious lighting, wine cooler, granite counters, and tasteful Colorado style decor, including wall mounted Elk antlers. Two full bathrooms round out the log cabin. Our wood stove will keep you toasty on those chilly Colorado nights. A large 60" HD satellite-fed television with Blu-Ray DVD player, surround-sound system and WIFI are available. An audio cable is available for your DJ or sound person to plug in their device to stream your wedding music through the outside speakers during your ceremony. Another Blu-Ray player is in the King bedroom for that TV (bring movies). We do have cards, books, and various board games to play during your stay. If there is not an outdoor fire and smoking ban, you may use the outdoor oversized firepit for cooking and ambience. A 5 person hot tub with a waterfall jet and colored lighting sits on the deck where the mountains can be enjoyed or viewing the stars if you take a soak after dark. Please be accurate with your number of guests as we purchase our water supply or manually deliver it for each guest group. Please keep this in mind by taking short showers, not leaving the water running, using a single towels during your stay, etc. The washing machine is no longer available to guests. The summit is roughly 7 miles away and about 4,000 higher. The new Summit House Roof and roadway switchbacks can be seen as well as the Incline Train railway track. CEREMONY & RECEPTION Every ceremony should reflect the personality and heart of the couple, whether religious, spiritual or secular, formal or laid back, traditional or contemporary. The rustic Aspen arbor is the ceremony backdrop with the "take your breath away" view framed through it. Your outdoor reception can be held on numerous places around the 9 acre property. A favorite spot is in the Aspen grove near the 10' x 12' Colorado style beamed pavilion. The log cabin can be used for wedding preparations, catering, overnight guests, smaller receptions, cocktail hour, or for your honeymoon. There are many different uses for it depending on how you want your wedding and reception to flow. PRICING We offer two distinct sites for ceremony & reception. Your wedding is not simply a one-day event, but a once in a lifetime experience! One Day Rental for Weddings, Reunions, Special Events, etc.- 24 hour block - 10 am to 10 am. 9 acres, log cabin, ceremony & reception sites *24 hour usage block (example: 10 a.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday) * $2900 1 night in the log cabin – within the 24 hour block Groom's Bunkhouse Exclusive access to the 9 acres – with exception of RV camper where venue manager will be during event Aspen Wedding Arbor overlooking Pikes Peak - see photos 10’ x 12’ Pavilion with Electric service Open air, mountainside ceremony location Private, intimate, extremely romantic location and setting Stunning views of Pikes Peak and surrounding ridges and mountains Multiple spots for photos - that will last a lifetime Easy one-hour drive from Colorado Springs Separate bride and groom dressing rooms 21 patio, deck, & yard seating plus picnic table and fire pit seating Vaulted great room in the cabin for use in case of inclement weather - chairs will be needed Aspen grove area for a reception and open area nearby for tent Use of the hot tub by the bridal party - (exceptions, not during wedding or reception) Vendor list - where to go to rent tent, tables and chairs, catering, etc. Fully equipped kitchen Two high top bistro tables One 6’ banquet table One 5’ thin stackable table to make bar top Rolling Bar Table (to be rolled onto the deck or remain in the house) Additional nights in Log Cabin/Bunkhouse * Add another night in the log cabin and Bunkhouse the night prior to or after your wedding or event for a $500 rental fee. Additional nights might be available and if so, they are $395 per night. * This gives additional time to settle in, decorate, greet out of town family and guests, or hold your rehearsal and dinner onsite. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Snowy Season note: 4WD, 4X4 or All Wheel Drive is needed in winter and up until the beginning of May to come up our 7/10th of a mile driveway. If you don't have one, we can help with arrangements. Chains on two-wheel drive cars do not work. Our check-out time is 10 a.m. because of the amount of work needing to be done. Our housekeeper is a neighbor in the valley and is punctual (set an alarm). Nightly rental Check in time ( SEPARATE FROM WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS) is 4 p.m. The home likely will not be ready until then. It is an easy and 10 minute drive to Cripple Creek... a 25 minute drive to Divide's restaurants, etc., and a beautiful 50 minute drive to Manitou Springs and western Colorado Springs. The cabin is no longer Pet Friendly due to damages and abuses (not kenneling dogs while gone, pets on beds, etc.). $250 minimum will be charged as damages and extra cleaning if you bring your pet contrary to our updated rules. Damages, missing or lost items such as pillows (ours are marked), towels, linens, blow dryer, will be charged. We are not Weed (MMJ) friendly, thus, no weed is ever allowed, neither inside or outside on the property. Further cleaning charges and damage charges may be made if this is policy is not followed. With the outdoor smoking ban and with our personal policy on indoor smoking, smoking in your car might be your best idea. The other option is to smoking in town at one of the bars or casinos.
