Detached house overlooking the Aegean Sea and the port of Pythagorion

Quietly situated on a hill. From the balcony on the first floor, the side terrace and the living room on the ground floor you have a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and the harbor of Pythagorion with cozy terraces. The nearest beach (Paradise Beach and Remataki Beach) with a number of restaurants can be reached on foot via a path down within 5 to 10 minutes. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen (which is fully equipped) and the bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet) and a veranda with a sofa. There is a single bed in the adjoining room on the ground floor. On the first floor is the bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony. The costs for the final cleaning are 45 euros. In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, there are archaeological sites, museums, car and bicycle rental, taxi stand, playground, beaches, water sports, boat excursions, shops, supermarkets, restaurants / taverns, bars and terraces.
