The basement of a spacious, comfortable, split-level family home with mountain views is ready for you. Two bedrooms with a full bath and living area downstairs. A quick 20 minute drive to the base of Bald Mountain for skiing. Wake to the sounds of silence after a great nights sleep in a cozy bed. You will feel like you have the place to yourself with room to spread out in the basement. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a couch and card table with chairs so you can relax in privacy after a day of skiing or hiking. Full, private bath downstairs and rec room. Share kitchen and laundry with owner. Good wifi but no TV service. Owner lives upstairs in separate space. Owner lives in the home in upstairs master bedroom which can be closed off from rest of house. You will have as much privacy as desired. Or feel free to join me for coffee in the morning or snack at night. Well established, super quiet neighborhood facing east with views of Red Devil mountain. Great restaurants nearby in Hailey. Easy access to 30+ miles of paved trail for walking, biking in summer and cross country skiing in winter.
