Schaumburg Oasis with home amenities

My place is minutes from Schaumburg Renaissance Convention center, Woodfield Mall and surrounding shopping centers, countless restaurants of all varieties and just minutes from the train station, or 25 minutes from O'Hare airport (11 miles). You’ll love my place because I provide a cozy, clean and quiet space to relax. I'm close to EVERYTHING and guests may use the kitchen, laundry room, dining room and spacious back deck. What makes my space unique? It's just a basic, well-appointed bedroom. Clean, bright and cozy. There's a twin bed, a closet, dresser, night stand, and two mirrors. And its own mini fridge! Beyond that, it's a great location, easy to get anywhere you need to be! Guests will have access to the kitchen and laundry room. They are welcome to relax in their rooms or use the dining room and back deck/patio. I make myself available should you need something. I'm friendly, and conversational. I respect the privacy of my guests. I can also be helpful with pointing out local businesses for your needs (restaurants, stores, etc.) My neighborhood is beautiful! With so many trees, it's very green and tranquil. I've lived here for 21 years and love it! My place is a few miles from the train... It's easy to get Uber or a taxi on short notice... And if you're renting a car, the entrance to route 90 east is less than a mile away and takes you straight to Chicago! O'Hare airport is 25 minutes from here down Higgins road. If you want a nice place to stay for CHEAP... This is a quick launch pad to wherever you need to go! As listed, the bathroom IS shared. For this particular room, the bathroom is right next to you... so there's a very short walk if you're up in the middle of the night.
