1950s / 1960s lake cabin feel...like at an upscale lake resort...get back to nature with ponds, animals, fishing and one crazy Irishman. 4 miles from downtown Denton night life, 5 min from TWU, 10 min from UNT, 20 from TMS, 35 minutes from Dallas or Fort Worth and 25 minutes from Oklahoma casinos fishing ponds, alpacas, donkeys, fire pits, BYOB Pub, hot tub access, community room, free laundromat and Games, Beergarden Guest have access to the entire property except our home and shops. Animal Pastures require host accompaniments. Ranch in wooded area walking is the best on our RoAd of horse and cattle ranchetts laugh...have fun...lose stress
