Beautiful one bedroom with shared bathroom situated in a calm and quite residential neighborhood. Close to shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. Parks and aquatic centre nearby. The space is 10 minutes away from US border, 15 minutes to beautiful beaches and with easy access to HWY 99 to vancouver downtown. Fully furnished with brand new furnitures and beddings. You will have everything you need whether you are visiting for work or pleasure. Private transportation would be needed. A home away from home! It's ideal for solo adventurers, couples and small families. We strive to make everyone's stay comfortable, and are available for questions but give our guests complete privacy. Our house has a peekaboo mountain view and wonderful trails just few minutes away by walk. For this part of south surrey, private transportation would be needed. Free parkings on the drive way. We don’t have any public transportation nearby. The closest bus stop is 20 minutes by walk. We have a kitchenette in our guest suite, which has a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and a small sink. For our guests to prepare simple meals.
