It was commissioned by the "soap maker," later known as Proctor & Gamble. It appears on the National Registry of Historic Places. I am centrally located. I am literally one hour away from everything! On the corner is New Jersey Transit Bus to New York City. Two blocks away, New Jersey Transit Railways. Where you can go straight to NYC or catch Amtrak to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., or North to Boston. A ride on the Garden State Parkway South and in one hour, you're in Atlantic City for gambling and shows. Head west in the winter and you'll find great skiing! All, just one hour away. I am near Eight hospitals. I house many traveling medical professionals. I am in the center of the Raritan Business Center, attracting many business professionals. I am set up for business travel. Currently, I have taken every precaution for hosting during COVID19. I have provided for your safety. You have access to your room/ en-suite bathroom and patio. In the Spring and Summer, there is a Screened-In Gazebo fully decked out with living room (Television) and dining area. I am available for any information, direction and guidance to anywhere you want to go for your personal enjoyment. I can be as available as you desire, as well as afford you all the space you need. One hour North- New York City One hour South- Atlantic City for gambling and shows One hour West- The best skiing One hour East- The beginning of 104 miles of New Jersey Shore beaches. You can drive, or take public transportation. All of it, just one hour away, Literally, 500 paces from my door is New Jersey transit buses to New York City. Two blocks away is New Jersey transit Railways to Newark Airport, New York City Pennsylvania Station, and Newark Pennsylvania Station that will connect you to Amtrak railways Remember, we are centrally located with access to public transportation. You are 500 paces away from New Jersey Transit Buses to New York City (Port Authority/Time Square). Two blocks away is New Jersey Transit Railways to Newark International Airport, Newark Penn Station, where you can make connections to Amtrak trains that take you all over the United States and of course to New York Penn Station ( 33rd Street/ Manhattan NYC)
