The property is a turn of the century former winegrowers house in Servian, a traditional Languedocienne village in the Herault region, South of France. This is also our home for several months of the year so you will find every home comfort to make your stay an enjoyable one. Spacious accommodation features three large bedrooms and open plan living space including a large well equipped kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining. One family bathroom with bath, shower & WC and a separate shower room & WC. Outside is a large secluded swimming pool, with a summer kitchen & BBQ and another shower & WC. The house is within easy walking distance to all local shops, cafe/bars and restaurants and less than half an hour from the coast, Mediterranean beaches and international golf. The Spanish border is one hour away.
