Adorable farmhouse renovated in 2018 with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy a large terrace overlooking a garden of 3200m2 unfenced and adjacent fields. Barbecue, plancha, outdoor games and portico. Ideally located for your summer vacation. 10 minutes from the entrance of Vannes, 20 minutes from the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan and 30 minutes from the Trinity Sea, Carnac and its menhirs. The Ria d'Etel, the forest of Brocéliande, Rochefort en Terre, Quiberon and its wild coast are at carriages. On the ground floor you will have an entrance, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a bedroom (bed 140) and a shower room and toilets. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, one with a bed of 180 and a large bathroom. We also have a small cot for sleeping 9 in total. Sheets and towels provided. No kitchen bottom or bottom of house but first necessity when you arrive (toilet paper, soap, small shampoo, washing up) Cleaning fee paid directly at the end of the stay: 80 € / rental Check deposit uncashed 800 € established on arrival.
