Country house close to the ancient village of Bertinoro, in a position into vineyards where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the main castle from one side, an the valleys up to the sea. The house is independent and consists of a large living area with fireplace, an independent kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a large and bright bedroom with a double bed. In the livingroom there is a double sofa bed, a single bed can be added if needed. The patio at the entrance can be used for dining or even just to sit and relax. It is possible to park your car very comfortably in the back, in a reserved area close to the gate. The Cottage recently restored, is also equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, heating, tv, microwaves oven. Bertinoro is one of the most characteristic locations in the Romagna hinterland. It is also called "the balcony of Romagna" because of the wonderful panorama that can be admired from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. This place is very famous for the typical dishes and for the wines that are produced here. An important stage in food and wine circuits, it is a must for lovers of "italian taste". Its location is optimal, halfway between the seaside and the tuscan appennine. Less than half an hour by car you can reach the beaches of Cervia and Cesenatico, as well as Ravenna and Mirabilandia. The high Bidente valley, entry gate of the “Foreste Casentinesi” park, is less than 1 hour driving. The Cottage is inside of a wide network of hiking trails and routes for cycling and mountain bike lovers, with the possibility to arrange tours with specialized guides. Inside the territory of Bertinoro is also the small thermal village of Fratta, with its well-known wellness center just a few minutes driving.
