The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge without freezer, microwave, sink, no dishwasher. The living room has a sofa, dining table, TV and WiFi. Bedroom # 1 has a double bed, 1 single bed. Bedroom 2 is 4 square meters and is connected to the living room with a door (no window). The single bed is 90 x 190 cm to 90 kg. You are in a 30s zone and the residential area is in a quiet, green area on the edge of the Swabian forest. There are tall trees around the terrace and the lawn in front of the terrace can be used for sunbathing, relaxing or playing. In summer the apartment is pleasantly cool. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. The bathroom, hall and kitchen have tiled floors, living room, bedroom and bedroom 2 have laminate. In the bedroom there is a double bed, which can also be used as 2 single beds, for a 3rd person there is a single bed with guest function for the 4th person or you can sleep in a small room (4 square meters), accessible via the living room there is a single bed 90x190cm and is suitable for small, lighter people up to 90kg. In Althütte (2km) there is a grocery store, doctors, pharmacy, post office, banks, butchers, bakers, gas station, hairdresser, physiotherapy, photographer. Numerous activities are possible here. In the vicinity you can go hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding or visit the amusement park "Schwabenpark". In Waldenweiler there are two restaurants, each 5 minutes walk. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop of Waldenweiler, every half hour buses go to Backnang to the S-Bahn direction Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart.
