Outside, there is a 15m freeform pool with a filtration system so feel free to have a pool party and make your stay even more memorable! There is also a spacious, beautifully furnished terrace along with eight sun-loungers and an outdoor bathroom. Even parking won’t be an issue because of the two uncovered parking places available for you! As you step inside the first floor, you'll find yourself in a spacious living room with beautiful panoramic views. The room also has a TV, DVD, and a movie screen so you can enjoy your favorite movies with your loved ones! There is also wifi, so you stay connected with the world! The kitchen is also equipped with modern appliances including an oven, water dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, central island with gas and ceramic hob, and a two-door refrigerator along with an ice maker. Feel free to make a cup of warm coffee and enjoy your breakfast with a stunning view of the city! The floor also hosts a pantry, guest bathroom, and a separate laundry room with a dryer and washer, so you don’t have to worry about dirty clothes! The second floor hosts a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a 180cm bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a separate shower along with a panoramic whirlpool - everything you need to relax after a tiring day! The room also has access to a private terrace so you can relish in the spectacular view! Two of the double bedrooms have a 180cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a private terrace while the fourth double bedroom has a double 160 cm bed. Villa Simone also has two safety boxes and an alarm system so you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about your valuables! To make your stay luxurious and convenient, Villa Simone is strategically located, so you don’t need to travel far for anything! The beaches of S’estanyol and Talamanca are only a 5-minute drive away while the popular beaches of Es Cavallet and Ses Salines are just 15 minutes away! Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins. 4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay. 5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (elis.com), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America. 6) All beds and pillows have protective covers. 7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason. 8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice. 9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
