South Kalamazoo County private apartment. Golf and Kayaking close. 15 miles to downtown Kalamazoo. Quiet 1 bedroom with separate entrance. Huge bedroom, Wi-Fi, Cable, sun deck off bedroom. Business travelers Pfizer, Stryker, American Axle etc. Golf! You enter the separated west wing of the house through the front. Inside is a 16 X 21 foot lounge / kitchenette with Fridge, Microwave, Electric Skillet, Coffeemaker. in the back of the apartment is a huge 16 X 21 foot bedroom with queen bed, TV with cable, hi speed Wi Fi, plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Full bath with tile floor, and the sun deck is just off the bedroom and bath. You will have your own entrance and key so you can come and go at your schedule. We have plenty of parking on a paved surface. We are EV charging friendly, level 2 available. We have several outdoor lights, there is also a street light We are retired and around most of the time. Because your apartment is separate and private we expect to see you only occasionally. In nice weather we like to hang out on our front porch, you can find us there! Golfers you have somewhere around 15 courses within 20 miles of here. I play Angels Crossing its a great track! Also check out Creekside at Angels Crossing for fine dining with an Asian flair. Fisher Lake Inn is 10 mile south, great Seafood and Steaks. Kalamazoo downtown is 15 miles north. Brewerys, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The Kalamazoo airport is 10 miles north. We are at the south end of Portage Road which is the main route into Kalamazoo. So basically head north in about 22 minutes you have Bells Brewery Eccentric Cafe, Old Dog Tavern, Hop Cat, Water Street Coffee Joint, The Kalamazoo Beer Exchange, The Kalamazoo Festival Site (don't miss the Blues Fest!) And much more.... The Village of Vicksburg is Michigan's fastest growing small town, many nice shops and dining. A nice grocery, The Family Fair. You will have a small fridge pre- stocked with a few beverages!
