You are welcome in our new fine apartment, perhaps base for many exiting trips. It‘s based in the middle of a small village. Lembach is located in the adventure region Mühlviertel. A large amount of freetime-offer are immediatly next to, as example a public advanture pool. Another exiting activities are cycling in the danube valley, cross the danube with a ferry (w. bike or car) in summertime, playing golf in Pfarrkirchen , sightseeing in Passau/(D) or in Linz and skiing in the bohemian forest. -Vorraum -Waschraum -Bad -WC -Schlafzimmer + Gitterbett auf Anfrage möglich -Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esszimmer in einem freies w-lan bis 22:00 Die gesamte Wohnung wird ausschließlich von den Gästen benutzt. Ich bin für Gäste 24/7 am Handy erreichbar, jedoch werde ich mich im Normalfall nur bei Anreise und Abreise blicken lassen.
