The Coach House is situated in over 2 acres of grounds above unspoilt Cadgwith Cove on Cornwall's stunning Lizard Peninsula. We offer 2 cottages ‘Poppy’ and ‘Willow’ both sleep 4 (plus cot). We also have 2 vintage railway carriages which have been here for almost 100years and offer unique romantic retreats for couples.Henrietta also has a sofa bed suitable for 2 children or 1adult.The cottages are tastefully decorated, and offer 2 bedrooms, & open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machines. All properties have private gardens with BBQ’s and outdoor furniture and lighting. The Devil's Frying Pan and coastal path are only approx 50 yards from the property. The working fishing village of Cadgwith Cove with it's stone and thatched cottages, pub, tea rooms, gift shops and beaches, is also only a few minutes walk. Poppy & Willow cottages are quiet, tastefully decorated 2 bed roomed properties, perfect for families or couples, whilst Henrietta and The Old Coach are unique oak framed vintage railway carriages. Both carriages have been here since the 1920's, and are just perfect for a romantic break. There is also a stream, goats, ducks and chickens! With wooded areas bordering 3 sides of the grounds, there is a wealth of wildlife including foxes, badgers and bird-life. The main house was re-built in late 2008-2009 and now offers 2 'cottage-style' holiday lets. Guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and picnic tables, and children love feeding the animals! 'The Fisherman's Apprentice' Monty Halls and his partner stayed with us in Willow for 4 months, whilst filming in Cadgwith. Their daughter was born whilst living here, and Willow was her first home!
