Spiddal Cottage

This delightful 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people, a perfect family getaway accommodation. Only a short walk to Spiddal Village and a 10 minute walk to Spiddal Pier and Beach. Spiddal is a beautiful seaside village on the shores of Galway Bay, and part of An Gaeltacht (Irish speaking area). Spiddal is one of the largest Irish speaking settlements in the Galway Gaeltacht.   It is the setting for the TG4 soap Ros na Rún (which is filmed in Irish) Within a short distance drive is Rossaveal Pier where you can get a ferry across to the Aran Islands, Dun Aonghasa, is one of the Irelands most visited attractions, Inis Mor, Inis Meain & Inis Oirr on eof the smallest of the islands and is characterized by it's distinctive charm - Highly recommended. Reception /sitting room with couch and two chairs, open fireplace, large window to the front of the house, flat screen TV. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer Double bedroom with TV and window to the back of the house Twin bedroom with window to the front of the house Garden to the side. Spiddal Cottage is happy to welcome your pet, however we would ask that your pet would not be permitted on furniture or on beds. If additional cleaning is required we may have to deduct this from your damage deposit. Linen & towels are inclusive in the rental rate. Please note that €100 security deposit is required upon arrival.  As long as there are no breakages or damage to the property this will be refunded on departure less the cost of utilities. Check-in time is strictly from 5pm onwards (If you require a later check-in time please let us know) Check-out time is strictly at 10am on day of departure.
