House with vegetable garden + chicken -Lac du Der

After the departure of our daughter from home, we decided to make the travelers enjoy the upper floor of our family home which is in the center of the village Bailly-aux-Forges, just next to the Church. If you want, you are invited to pick up the eggs in the hen house, watch the vegetables grow and / or pick them in our vegetable garden and take a sunbath in the garden! The house is composed of 2 levels. My partner and I live on the ground floor, and travelers have exclusive access to the upper part of the house which has its own separate entrance. The upper floor of the house is 100 m2, it is fully furnished, and has a view on a hilly and green terrain. In our garden you will find a henhouse (chickens, rooster, quail ...) and you can eat the eggs of the farm and even look for the eggs yourself in the morning, it is fun with children. We also have a very nice dog who lives outside. The upper level of the house consists of: - an ENTRANCE giving on a big livingroom - a LIVINGROOM of approximately 25 m2 very bright, including 1 sofa bed, a coffee table, chairs, a TV - A KITCHEN opened on the living room fully equipped (fridge, oven, 3 induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster ...). - a BATHROOM of about 10 m2 including a shower, a sink, a bath, a washing machine. - separated WC - a 1st BEDROOM of about 12m2 with a double bed bought less than a year ago, 2 bedside tables with one lamp each, a closet to store your belongings if you wish - a 2nd BEDROOM of about 10m2 including 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamp and a wardrobe In all the house there are shutters, it means that you can sleep in the morning without being awakened by the sun. You also have access to the wifi (internet). Travelers will have access to all areas and everything on the 1st floor of the house. In the kitchen and the bathroom are all the daily necessities for a family. In the garden you have access to the vegetable garden, henhouse, fresh eggs and good mood! In front of the house there is room for 2 cars, there is also room in the streets of the village. We will take care of your welcome, we will be in touch with you before and during your stay if necessary. We live on site, in the same house on the ground floor. However, we work from Monday to Saturday, with long working hours so you will be quiet. But, if necessary, you can contact us at any time by phone. To help you discover the history of our region, our house is ideally located within: - 20 km from Lac du Der: the largest artificial lake in Europe designed to protect Paris from floods. This lake is classified as a national reserve thanks to its exceptional flora and fauna. It is located on a major bird migration route in France. The migratory birds are coming from the North and are going to Africa. More than 200 bird species pass through our region: cranes, black storks, ducks, wild geese ... In addition, with 77 km of shores, the lake offers a wide choice of walks or bike rides. It also offers the possibility of swimming, fishing, windsurfing, water skiing ...
