The kitchenette provides facilities where ready meals can be heated. There's a table on the west facing private balcony with its splendid sunset views. There are good cycle routes and pathways in the area. There is a Heritage Trail through the village. One of the oldest Saxon churches in England is in the village. Parking in the village is relatively easy. There are also local buses for access to Northampton, Market Harborough and Leicester.
