This picturesque, pristine and secluded 5,200 sq/ft estate sits on 13 lush acres and is located just minutes from the ski lifts and hiking trails of BELLEAYRE SKI MOUNTAIN. The home boasts 9 unique Bedrooms & 6 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private master en-suite modern bathroom & viewing balcony. The main floor’s large great room has a media center, seating for many, 2 pianos & a fireplace with it’s own sitting area. In addition a beautifully handcrafted bar holds a mini fridge and sink. Orenda’s kitchen is ready to cook amazing meals and has many amenities like a garbage compactor, double ovens, large fridge, handcrafted breakfast bar, high end appliances, gas cooktop as well as anything you could need in a kitchen. The large dining area seats 12 comfortably at the table next to a wood burning stove. There are more tables/chairs if needed. The main floor is also where you will enjoy the steam shower & indoor sauna to rejuvenate you after an unforgettable day in the mountains. One of the bedrooms, “the bunk house”, has 7 twin beds, a couch, as well as a table & chairs. This room is perfect for a group of friends, a family or young kids that are looking for a little privacy from the rest of the rooms! The second floor has it’s own seating/reading area that can also be used as a bedroom should you have a large party. One bedroom, “the pool house”, has it’s own kitchenette & outside access to the back yard. The spacious back deck is surrounded by picturesque views in every season. The outdoor furniture & dining area is perfect for home cooked bbq's fresh off the grill. You can also swim in the heated in-ground pool (seasonal) and relax and star-gaze in the outdoor hot tub (year round). If you really need an escape you can enjoy a calming walk on the large pristine property! Orenda is an amazing estate with many amenities. There are many local eateries, shoppes & activities year round to enjoy. We have property managers for your convenience that are always available and happy to help should you have any questions or need any assistance during your stay. We also offer a private chef, yoga and meditation teachers that are available upon request.
