Perfect for families or small groups, our home is able to sleep 8 comfortably. Just a 1O min drive from lakes with great swimming facilities and 18 min to the towns of Klippan/ Perstop ICA, supermarkets are all easily accessible for shopping and supplies. The property consists of 3 bedrooms as follows, on ground floor: - Bedroom one: One queens size bed and one single bed with ample space for baby travel cots. Black out blinds on both windows. - Bedroom two: One double bed, south facing with ample space for baby travel cot. Both bedrooms are interlocked via a door making this perfect for families. On second floor: - Large and bright loft space with one double bed and toddler bed one side and two single beds and small play area on other. Please note that whilst there are no doors separating the two the spaces it is still private and separate. Please see photos for more details. Access to the upstairs is accessible by wooden staircase which may not be suitable for elderly or very young children. The main living space consists of an open concept L shaped kitchen, dinning room and living room areas. The kitchen is well equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, small dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee machine. The dinning room includes a large dinning table and in the living room you will find a comfortable and cosy seating area, a flat screen TV, a beautiful fireplace and AC/heating unit. The bathroom consists of shower cubicle, sink with mirror, and toilet. Leading from the living room, through a sunny entrance hall, outdoors you will find a spacious, south facing deck with a large table perfect for summer barbecues. The deck faces the garden which includes a large trampoline and small football goal. To the rear of the property there is another garden with tree houses, swings and a climbing frame. Wifi is available through the house, please note some areas may have stronger signal than others. Due to the location of the property a car is needed. Please note that with the property being situated within beautiful green forests you will encounter mosquitos and other insects, especially during the summer months. Most windows have nets should you wish to open them but we recommend you to shut them in the evening to avoid any disturbance from flies and mosquitoes entering the house.
