Garden furniture, outside dining area, sun lounger, hammock. Possibility of fishing in the pond by bringing your equipment. Hiking trails around. Lots of charm for lovers of old stone who appreciate the calm of the countryside, charming village of Moncontour at 5 km, beaches at between 15 and 25 km depending on preferences (Hillion, Rosaries at St Brieuc or Le Val André, Erquy ... ), central position allowing radiation throughout Brittany accessible during the day (St Malo, Mont St Michel, Pink Granite Coast, Ile aux Moines, Ouessant ...)
