A beautifully presented three bedroom cottage,open plan, double aspect living dining room with a cosy wood burning stove, patio door leads out to a garden with two patio areas and views across Gerrans Bay to gull rock and Nare Head, few better places to enjoy a morning coffee or a barbecue. There is a well equipped kitchen and utility room, downstairs family bathroom and a separate WC. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms and the master bedroom which also has sea views benefits from an ensuite bathroom as well! Tremorva is only a short, five minute walk down the hill to the pretty little harbour of Portscatho, where many artists have taken inspiration from the stunning location and superb light in the area. There are a number of delightful little galleries showcasing the work of various Cornish artists. The Plume of Feathers public house is nestled in The Square and serves local ales and good pub grub all year round. Rosevine beach (dog friendly throughout the year), is just to the east of the village. It has beautiful golden sands (at low tide) and is over looked by the increasingly famous Hidden Hut. Before you visit, try and get on their social media page and acquire tickets to their special outdoor dining events. Accommodation Ground floor: Porch with storage for shoes etc. Open plan, double aspect living room and diner with patio doors to rear garden, table and chairs, comfortable seating, built in wood burning stove, flatscreen TV. Kitchen with fully fitted units. Utility room with washing machine. Family bathroom with shower over, WC and hand basin. WC with hand basin. First Floor: The stairs open on to a small landing with doors leading to: a master bedroom with 5' double bed and views of Gerrans Bay, ensuite bathroom with shower over, WC and hand basin. Double bedroom with 5' zip and link bed that can be split into two 2'6" single beds, rural views. Single bedroom with 3' bed and rural views. Exterior: Off road parking area with space for 2 cars, side access to rear garden with patio by the french doors to the dining room and a second patio at the far end of the garden with views over Gerrans Bay. The rest of the garden has been laid to lawn. Exterior furniture, bench seat and a charcoal barbecue. Facilities & Services There is an oil central heating system throughout with radiators and a heated towel rail in the family bathroom. The kitchen has a range of cupboards & worktops. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, barista style coffee machine, dishwasher and a combined fridge / freezer. There is a digital Smart TV with chromecast in the living room. There is an iron & ironing board, a hair dryer, and a travel cot and high chair if required. There is a washing machine an electric airer and drying line outside. There is unlimited broadband WiFi. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 2 cars on the drive. There is no smoking. A maximum of 2 dogs may stay in the property at a small additional price of £30.00 per dog per week, dogs may not be left unattended in the property. There is a stair gate. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
