Our 2nd floor walk-up apartment is sunny & spacious! 3 BR, 1 bath. 2 Q beds, 1 Full bed, Q sofa bed, 3 large sofas. Great for 3 couples, families, and groups. Be sure to include all guests in reservation. Price listed is for up to 2 people. min drive to NU & the lakefront. 35-45 min to Chicago by car/Lyft ' Plentiful street parking. Shops, restaurants nearby. Bring your laptop to stream on our 32” TV. No cable provided. We prefer to host adult guests 21+. No parties. Our Vintage 2nd floor walk up unit is freshly decorated, sunny and spacious. Washer/dryer in 3rd BR for use 8 AM to 8 PM (One load per day max.) Kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and small fridge. 3 bedrooms, full bath w/walk in shower. 4 window air conditioners. Antenna TV channels. Stream programs/movies from your laptop. You will have sole use of the entire second floor. We will meet you upon your arrival, or leave the apartment doors unlocked for you if we are not available. Keys will be in the apartment. Please notify us with your arrival time as soon as possible. CHECK IN IS AT 3 PM. CHECK OUT IS 11 AM If possible, please notify us with check-out time. Easy access to public transportation. Apartment is spacious, and suitable for 3 couples, or 1 couple and 2 children.
