Located in the popular La Florida urbanization of Playa Flamenca, this fabulous single storey villa with roof solarium stands on its own grounds and provides wrap-around conifer trees and walls to ensure privacy. Parking is within the grounds for perhaps up to two vehicles (depending on size) and is accessed via an electronic sliding gate for which a fob is provided. The exterior grounds provide both open and covered areas. Specimen plants, trees and flowering shrubs are displayed when in season. The covered summerhouse with comfortable seating and dining table and chairs is ideally located next to the pool and the bbq. At the rear of the villa, where the sun shines virtually all day, is the fabulous swimming pool (30ft x 15ft). It provides Roman steps giving easy access, and also a wall ladder. The surrounding and spacious pool terrace provides plenty of sun loungers and chairs as are awnings and Spanish handmade thatch parasols. Sun loungers are also provided on the roof solarium where you will enjoy overlooking rooftops and sea views. For continuing enjoyment as the evening approaches there is terrace lighting, summerhouse lighting and the pool provides flood lighting. An ideal shaded area to enjoy dining al-fresco perhaps or simply to enjoy relaxing with a cool drink is the covered summerhouse. Not fully enclosed to allow a cool breeze to circulate, it drapes in flowering trails and ivy when in season. Electric power sockets are available here as is lighting. Why not try some culinary skills on the brick built coal bbq, which is placed next to the summerhouse. The interior of the villa provides a very spacious lounge, large open plan kitchen and dining room, a covered terrace dining area, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two single bedrooms, a play room, two bathrooms and a utility/laundry room. The bright spacious lounge which overlooks the pool terrace, is tastefully furnished with three comfortable 3-seater settees, flat screen tv with English satellite and dvd player, which will also play cds. The wifi modem is placed by the television. French doors give access to a quiet shaded sun terrace and of course when open provides fresh flowing air. The fitted kitchen measures 11ft square and is well equipped to ensure you will have all you require during your stay. The dining room is ideally placed next to the kitchen and offers a fabulous wooden dining table and seating for10 persons. Terrific for a celebration dinner perhaps! French doors from the main dining room lead to a covered terrace which offers a rattan glass topped dining table with seating for 8 persons.. This area then leads out to the pool terrace via lockable gates. The five bedrooms consist of Master with en-suite shower; Guest double bedroom; Twin bedroom; x2 Single bedrooms and a Play room providing double bed settee if required. The Master bedroom is beautifully tiled, provides en suite shower with twin wash basins and plenty of storage space. The Guest bathroom, also beautifully tiled, provides bath with over-shower, wash basin and plenty of storage space. The large playroom, which overlooks the pool terrace, is accessed via the guest double bedroom. Here, toys, games and books are provided to ensure our little guests are amused. This room is lockable to ensure their safety. This room also provides a double sofa bed, therefore allowing the villa to accommodate a family of 10. The laundry room houses the washing machine an clothes airers are provided. A 120 litre hot water heater is installed here, ensuring enough warm water for all. Ping pong and darts can be enjoyed under covered terraces and a 2 piece bistro set is provided here. The villa is fitted with air conditioning in both the double bedrooms, the twin bedroom and the dining area. A ceiling fan is installed in one single room and floor fans are provided. Should you be visiting during the cooler seasons there are two wall mounted gas fires in the lounge and dining area, an electric plug in radiator and the A/C units convert to heat. Covered duvets are supplied for all beds. Please note the swimming pool cannot be heated.
