BEAUTIFUL HOUSES in South Bohemia

Beautiful, old, reconstructed and fully equipped house with garden in south Bohemian village. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Perfect for family vocation, large groups of friends or company events. Absolute privacy and many options to spend time. The house is located in countryside in very small quiet village surrounded with many beautiful ponds, forests meadows and farmers fields. The region offers many interesting places to visit, besides nature, many castles, jewish graveyards, small towns or cities like Písek or Blatná, Strakonice , Šumava mountains. Perfect place for family bike trips. Great swimming in an old quarry about 20 min walk. The whole object includes 2 HOUSES with garden/yard in between. Each house has a separate bedroom and bathrooms with all the essentials. In one of them you find large fully equipped kitchen and living room the other one offers large social space-old pub (smoking allowed here) perfect for any kind of events like concerts, b-day or bachelor parties, room with many tables, chairs, music player, bar and fire place. Upstairs at the attic you find two simple summer bedrooms with matraces on the floor. Also you find there a costume corner with all kinds of clothes you can use for you dress up party:-) The garden has grill, hammock, little kids house, fire pit with benches and pizza oven you can also use and if you are interested we will be happy to give you some instructions. We welcome kids, pets of all kinds, everyone is welcome here. The houses are completely yours while your stay and we won't be coming there, we stay in a house cross the street so we are available if needed and at the same time you have all the privacy you need. Feel free to come and ask for any kind of help. You will have access to everything our house offers (besides our screenprinting studio) We will be happy to show our guests around, give some tips for trips, cook dinner for them if wanted, we can also give them as much privacy they wish. We are flexible and friendly:-) We are still close by while having guests, so are available for any kind of help or advice. Our neigbourhood is very friedly and neighbours are helpful and very easygoing, they have no problem with our guests having parties Very good access by car. Few times a day a bus goes to closest city Strakonice, from there you get anywhere by bus or train. Prague 1 hour 30 minutes (bus goes often)
