In an old farmhouse 35 minutes from Toulouse center, you have a housing of 75 m2 on the second floor: two bedrooms, living room with cable TV (foreign channels), bathroom. Private entrance. Enjoy the garden (lounge sheltered under a typical outbuilding of the region), the pool (rock terraces, wide views of the surrounding hills), and the gym (43 m2, various equipment). Hearty and crispy breakfast, of continental or Anglo-Saxon type, to define together according to your tastes. The atmosphere of the house is warm, spontaneous and friendly. We will be available to help you organize a pleasant stay in our house and our region! Welcome also to non-French speaking travelers! (A smoking area is provided outside, sheltered from the rain). - The price per night is based on the number of travelers announced on booking. Extra visitors are not allowed in the garden / pool or inside the house. - The entrance room on the first floor is independent of your accommodation and is not included in the rental price. This room simply allows you to access your floor, as well as the gym. - Access allowed to the gym only for adults and teenagers over 16 years old. - Children are not allowed to be alone in the garden or at the pool. - The accommodation is inside the farm, and attached to our apartment. Please do not consider a noisy party / party.
