Happé Haven - 3 bedroom cottage on Rice Lake

Relax with the family at our well-appointed 3 bedroom cottage on the north shore of Rice Lake. Bask in the sunlight, or find a shady spot. Enjoy the breathtaking views from inside, and on the large deck. Enjoy swimming and canoeing off the private dock, and have a camp fire. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. New mattresses for great sleeps. Linens and towels are provided, smart TV, and WiFi. Cell service is excellent, and lots of amenities close by. The private road and driveway are flat and easy to navigate. The driveway can hold 4 cars, and the back door (close to the driveway) has no steps, if accessibility is a factor for you or your family. The keyless entry is on the side door of the cottage (the main entrance). I'm happy to chat via Airbnb app, text, email, or phone! I am almost always online and will respond quickly. Private road of cottages, well maintained and very quiet atmosphere. The driveway has room for 4 cars. You can walk along the private road which divides the lakefront cottages from a farmers field. There is no shopping or tourist locations in walking distance, you'll need a car to get out and explore the area. Rice Lake is a healthy fishing lake, and depending on the time of year, there will be weeds approaching the shore. The lake bottom varies between soft mud, rocks, and weeds, so water shoes are strongly recommended! But the water is clean and refreshing and you'll find inflatable floats and pool noodles in the hall closet.
