Laundry Room We live on the top floor and are available most times if there are any questions or issues. The Ironbound section of Newark is well known for its wonderful restaurants and mixed cultures. Walking distance to the Downtown area (Prudential Center, NJPAC,NJ Devils) for sports games and music concerts. Also a short distance to Redbull Stadium. 30 minutes from NYC via PATH Train or NJ Transit Trains from Newark Penn Station which is a quick 5 minute Uber/Taxi ride from the apartment or a 15 minute walk.
