In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, with private parking, SMALL INDEPENDENT HOUSE WITH POOL (9 meters / 4.5) and Private SPA. Ideal 2 people + possibly BB (we can provide cot and high chair). Located north of the Landes, 50 km south of Bordeaux, 30 minutes from the Arcachon Bay, 45 minutes from Biscarrosse and the Dune du Pyla, in the heart of the Pines but close to all shops (supermarket 10 minutes). You will appreciate the calm of the countryside in a fenced park of one hectare bordered by the forest. You can swim and relax in the swimming pool exclusively reserved for you and enjoy the sun on the deckchairs at your disposal. Table tennis and fitness area on covered terrace. The house is composed of two rooms, a bedroom, 140 cm bed, wardrobe and TVled 104 cm and a living room with kitchenette including 4 gas stove gas and electric oven, double sink, microwave, Dolce-Gusto espresso , toaster ... etc, crockery and complete kitchen equipment. The kitchen has a 7 kg washing machine, an American fridge and an 80 cm LED TV. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a sink (hairdryer) and a toilet. You will also have an iron with its table. You will benefit from free Canal +, Canal sat. and WIFI HI-FI chain CD player and USB. In front of the house a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, on the side, another tiled terrace hosting the SPA under an arbor that can be fully closed, you can relax in complete privacy. The SPA is inflatable but upscale (bubbles and massage jets). It can be used from April to October inclusive. Two mountain bikes will be at your disposal for beautiful rides in the heart of the Pines. .On site you will find many brochures of the sites and activities to discover nearby.
