Quavers Rest - quintessential home & hot tub !

This little home is fully equipped to offer a base to explore the surrounding area. The village is quintessentially English ! Small church - Village green - a handful of houses - more horses than people - very quiet. This little apartment feels like 'home from home'. It is modern yet comfortable with a sofa bed if you have little ones travelling with you. Do not forget to ask us for extra bedding if you have more than a couple in your party. There is space to pitch a tent if you have teenagers who want their own space - we can offer the ground sheet mats and blow up bed - just let us know. The dining area comfortably seats a couple for a romantic evening meal or extra chairs can be provided if the party is larger. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and a fully tiled wet room - giving you extra space ! The bed is a normal size double bed with feather duvet and pillows. If you need a polyester pillow please bring your favourite from home. The outside area has table and chairs for outside dining and a smoking shelter. Please make sure that you smoke outside in the shelter and all your butts are removed and taken with you when you leave. Its a bit disgusting to ask my cleaners to clear up after smokers and my next guests do not want to find soggy butts in the garden !!! Thank you for your co operation with this. We do like a quirky garden which we hope you will enjoy but all areas can be very slippery when wet and some surfaces are very uneven. Please take care. I hope that all sounds very enticing ! Please note - we have one parking space allocated for Quavers Rest - if you need to bring a second vehicle - there is ample parking outside on the road. I will leave you to your self but I live on the site and am available if you need anything. It is a small village and no pub or shop for 4 miles. please make sure to bring some provisions with you ! We are very rural - the closest milk is four miles in any direction. It would be difficult to get around without a car - there is a bus but you need to order a ride - 24 hours in advance !! Please note that we state a small dog - well mannered larger dogs are allowed but please advise us before booking . Because the area is rural - which is why we live here ! - the mobile and broadband signal can be patchy. It is fine for receiving emails and keeping in touch with friends and family but hopeless for streaming films. The area will make up for the lack of Netflix ! thank you
