Welcome to Gustave Place. Our mid century home is conveniently located close to Indiana Wesleyan University and Matter Park. Taylor University is only 20 minutes away. Enjoy a good nights sleep in a quiet, comfortable room and awake to a home cooked breakfast. Along with the guest room and bath room guest are welcome to relax in the living room dining room areas. Space in the refrigerator can be made available if needed. The second bedroom (Green room) is available as a separate listing for guests who are comfortable with sharing bathroom facilities. Hosts Ken & Mary Jo, are available to offer help and information throughout your stay. Gustave Place is on a quiet, tree lined street on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic and off street parking. Guests usually park in the drive. Street parking is also fine. Coffee bar is available in the dining area before breakfast. Tea if you request.
