As time progresses those renovations will be made, but my pricing will increase significantly! The home was built in 1908, a guest may experience occasional (singular) pests. If you are NOT comfortable, w/ less than perfection, this may not be the place for you!? Next door to our lovely, hometown, grocery store and one block from our Square with restaurants, bakery, boutiques, salons, and our candy store, Holland’s! Guests may either park in front of the home, on the street, OR behind the house, outside of the garage.
