Sleep like Royalty in a turret! The bed is a Sleep Number California King with an adjustable frame. It is so comfortable! You get your own Keurig coffee maker, a table for two, a big comfy chair, a closet with hangers, extra blankets and pillows, easy step in shower, and beautiful views out of the 11 windows! The room is so spacious at about 300 square feet. It’s is so bright a cheery! You will love it! We are on the famous Shawnee Hills Wine Trail and are close to wineries, lakes and hiking trails. Or sit on the covered patio on the porch swing. Fish off the dock. Bird watch. Turtle watch. Pedal boat around the lake. Visit. Find a treasure in our gift shop. Sit by the fire pit. RELAX! We have five bedrooms that you can reserve separately. Please search for all of the listings with Labrador Lakehouse in the title. Each bedroom has a private entrance code and will lock for your privacy. They also have their own adjustable thermostat. We have coffee accommodations and some snacks for you in the kitchen. There is also a living room with a TV for our guests. You will enjoy the wrap around porch, partially covered. Covered patio with seating for 6 people. Dock with seating for 3 people around a wine barrel table. Deck overlooking the lake with seating for 14 people. Two acre lake with a pedal boat for 2 or a John boat for 2. Five manicured acres. I live in the house and am available to help make your stay as fabulous as possible. We have two Reme Halo In-duct air purifiers. They claim to “reduce common allergy triggers from particulates such as pollen, mold spores, dander and dust. Thoroughly tested on airborne and surface bacteria & viruses, such as MRSA, e-coli, and Norwalk, to name a few. It removes odors from cooking, pets, dirty socks, diaper pails, and musty rooms.” We also have a Reverse Osmosis (RO water) filter system in the kitchen you are welcome to drink. We use it in the coffee pots and it makes for delicious coffee! The Benefits of Reverse Osmosis Water “is that it contains no lead, reducing the risk of high blood pressure and kidney/liver issues. RO water contains no parasites. Water parasites, especially cryptosporidium, can get into the digestive tract and cause stomach pain or other gastrointestinal issues. It tastes delicious and guests love it! INTERNET: For a rural location, ours is one of the best around. However, our internet package is limited and not to be used for streaming or gaming. Please note, overage charges may apply with heavy usage.
