Lenka's Apartment

Featuring mountain views, Lenkas apartment provides accommodation with a balcony. Boasting free private parking, and free Wifi, the apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and skiing. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a bath. This is a modern, fully equipped apartment/suite with good quality furniture. The location could hardly be better: within a short walk of Banska Bystrica town center with its restaurants, pubs, clubs and shops but also providing our guests with a superb view of the distant mountains. Banska Bystrica itself is steeped in history - every building tells its own unique story - yet has a range of funky bars, modern restaurants, enticing wine bars and comfortable coffee shops. The Europa shopping center will provide plenty of variety for even the most energetic shopper. With skiing and golf resorts nearby you will have plenty to do whether it is summer or winter. Lenka was born and raised in Slovakia and knows all that needs to be known about the area. She also speaks Slovak of course! Brian is Irish and owns properties in the South of France (Montelimar) and London (near Wimbledon). Useless at languages, Brian is nonetheless a huge convert to all things Slovak and Banska Bystrica in particular. We genuinely hope you enjoy your stay in this lovely, cosy apartment/suite. When in Banska Bystrica we love to eat at either Angels, Frais or Cartels restaurants. Brian loves the golf courses at Triduby and Tale (as good as any in the UK!). Given the opportunity Lenka will shop all day at the Europa Center but also loves to ski at Jasna, Tale or Donovaly. We both highly recommend a trip to the High Tatras mountains - take the ski ride to the top of Lomnicky Stit. You will never forget it! Alternatively, why not make Banska Bystrica your personal hub and travel around taking day-trips to see Banska Stiavnica (a Unesco Heritage Town), Spania Dolina (a most beautiful old mining village), or visit the magnificent castles at Bojnice and Orvahrad, and so many other wonderful places...
