4 -Quiet 2 bedroom house with wifi free parking

Climb a few steps to reach the living area of the house, located on the first floor. This area consists of a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave...), a comfortable living - dining room with WIFI and TV, a master bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room with WC, shower, sink and washing machine. There is free parking, a picnic table, a petanque court and a book box. Our house is located on the first floor of an old barn, it has been fitted out a few years ago and has all the modern comforts and conveniences. It is equipped with a led TV and a good WIFI connection (13Mbits) free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge and crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Bathroom linen, sheets and tea towels are also provided on arrival for the duration of your stay. You can park your car for free in front of the house or in a free car park 50m away. You have free access to the petanque ground at 100m (the balls are available in your accommodation) and to a book box (an old telephone box which serves as a library). You have access to the entire accommodation. A communal car park is at your disposal free of charge. The picnic area is on a communal area, it is usually free. We do not live on site, so access will be via a key box allowing you to arrive or leave at the time that suits you (within the time slots agreed at the time of booking of course) This dwelling is not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The access staircase is not protected by a safety barrier, please keep children inside the accommodation.
