Nivå 84 Loft House with splendid lake view

Lofthouse Nivå84 is situated on a cliff 84 meters above lake Vättern, close to city of Jönköping. Built in modern shape with much attention to details and design its a good start for both visitors coming for leisure and business. Nivå84 is situated right in between the three capitols of Scandinavia; Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. Many of our visitors takes a brake at Nivå84 to recharge before they continue to the next capitol. Other visit us for a unique weekend or to enjoy our nature. The panoramic view of lake Vättern and its functional design and shape makes it ideal for two persons to stay with possibility for two additional in extra bed sofa. Nivå 84 offers a Loft house with balcony towards the lake with morning sun and a lounge area on the west side with afternoon sun. A free parking space for one car is also available and its possible to charge all kind of electrical vehicles which is separately charged up on use. Check-in time 3 p.m. (15:00) Check-out time 11 a.m (11:00) We want everybody to feel at home and will try to make the best of your stay. We are quite busy people so we are not always around, but in order to make things as convenient as possible we have written info and advice in the guest guide in the house. Nivå 84 is situated in the suburb Trånghalla, 5 km north of the city of Jönköping. The nature and the lake is just within short walking distance. The area is very calm with limited traffic and an occasional train passing by now and than. There are several bus lines passing by Trånghalla. Regular buses goes to the city of Jönköping and it takes you there in about 12 min. The regional bus can take you all the way up to the small town of Gränna on the east side of the lake. There are buses and trains leaving from the central station in Jönköping to all major cities in Sweden. There is airport coaches to Landvetter and Jönköping International Airports. Good hiking tracks nearby and also good roads for biking and mountain biking, and rivers for paddling. If you are visiting the convention center of ELMIA it takes you there in about 20 min by bus. The kitchen pentry has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, induction cooktop and coffe machine that grounds coffee. There is alo boiler (kettle), toaster and egg boiler in the equipment There is no ordinary stove or oven for cooking. Outside on balcony there is a gas-grill where you can prepare meals. There is iron and iron board. Hairdryer is available. There is a soundsystem by SONOS operated with app installed on smartphone ( smartphone provided by guest). There is a 40 inch LCD TV with a connected Apple TV that provides Scandinavian channels and other apps. Also possible to stream apple products on to TV-screen. High speed (500/500) WiFi and LAN connection available for free.
