A gorgeous double storey home with an amazing view of the sea situated in the lovely village of Ramsgate. We are a 400 m walk from the beach. The Ramsgate Boulevard is a 5 min walk away and has a Spar, Tops, chemist, doctor etc. We have a maid who services the house 3 days a week (included in price). Full Dstv bouquet. A magic deck overlooking the ocean awaits you to end off the warm summers day with sundowners and a braai. Fire or gas. A sparkling pool is located in the garden for you to enjoy. Our family home has a beautiful view of the breakers and is 400 from the nearest beach. Close to all amenities, situated in the quiet Ramsgate. This home is perfect for families and mature couples - not for students wanting to party. We have a sparkling pool, braai deck and full Dstv bouquet. We have a double storey home and we rent the top half of the home out to guests. We are occupying the bottom half of the home and are on site for any queries. Ramsgate is a very quiet suburb and we have spectacular views of the sea/ breakers. Crime is at a minimum here in Ramsgate. Our home is perfect for families and mature couples - not for students wanting to party. A car is essential to get around our magnificent stretch of the coast. We do have two beautiful small dogs on the property who love children. They will however be kept downstairs for the period of your stay. A remote and keys will be given for easy access.
