This is a completely independent accommodation with a main entrance on a garden. From the accommodation there is a beautiful view of the Rhuitor, Grand Combin, Falere and Emilius mountains. Outside there is a beautiful green area, inserted between pear and cherry trees which can be used as an area for recreation, relaxation or for sunbathing. The accommodation is located on a hill on the regional road that leads to the Pila ski resort, 2.5 kilometers from Aosta and 2 km from the cable car station that leads to Pila and Chamolè. The upper part of the municipal area lends itself to pleasant walks in the mountains, on routes of varying complexity, in a little-known territory of great naturalistic charm with the possibility of passing through different valleys and with many alpine lakes.
