small cosy room in Airbnb Flat

This room is located in the upper floor of a 2 Family house in a nice, peaceful and very green housing area but still close to the center. Bathroom and kitchen might be shared if the other rooms are booked also. They are cleaned twice a week. The room is appts. 12 qm and has its own key. Washing machine in the basement. Wi-Fi is available, but not for viewing or downloading material and movies from illegal platforms. In the hallway is a microwave with over for all. There is a microwave with oven and a bike available for all guests. I'm living in the same house and are happy to help or give advice for having a good time in Braunschweig! Supermarket, pharmacy and bank are within walking distance. Braunschweig's most popular jogging route and the most beautiful walks through the lakes of Riddagshausen starts 50 m away. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area (Zone 30) and you can look out from all windows into the green. Beautiful public large swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna only 600m away. 5 minutes walk to a tram and bus stop, direct tram takes 10 minutes into center of the town, 5 minutes to university. 7 minutes walk to a small train station "Gliesmarode Bahnhof"- from there 6 minutes to main station. This is a quite housing area, lots of free parking space in front of the house.
