Philemon, artistic apt in a medieval village

Enjoy the atmosphere of this 95m2 two-storey apt in our peaceful village in a listed building from the 17th century. There is a ceramic studio in the same house, visit the gallery, and, if you like, take a lump of clay and make yourself a souvenir bowl. You have access to a book collection of art books from all over the world. Do not miss to have an afternoon tea in the house´s private garden :-) You will also find fresh herbs here to pick for your meals. Right across the street you find a restaurant with nice food (Wiener Schnitzel) and the very best pizza in town, in a 3 min walk distance there is the famous castle, a bus station, a small traditional grocery store with local food and post office and lots of biking, hiking and walking traces. In a 10 min walking distance there is an old, still working mill offering not only cereals but lots of healthy food from the region you can wish. I have been living here since almost 15 years, so I was exploring a lot, in case you need some recommendations or information I will be happy to help. In a 10km distance, you will find the beautiful Spa, horseback riding and golfing resort of Bad Tatzmannsdorf, a Pralinenmanufaktur, a pond in Rechnitz and much more.... go explore yourself! Or, let us recommend you some nice traditional restaurants just across the Hungarian border (15km). If you are a chocolate lover, you should definitley take the challenge of a 1h ride to the chocolate factory ZOTTER, where you can go on a choco tasting tour. Parking: you can park your car in the street close to the house or, for long term, there is a big parking place in the center of the village (you see signs to find easily) Public transport: there is a public bus stop 50m next to the apartment In case you are missing vibrant urban life get on the bus and visit the next big city (Oberwart), or, change bus there and visit Vienna (1h20) or Budapest (3h00) for a daytrip ...or longer;)
